A Bid to Stop the Unbalanced Trades

As online games like Runescape collect more and more players, the figures of money sellers and those individuals who only play to farm gold that they can later trade have extremely increased. Several accounts are actually stemming from China and are just bots running the game to amass and sell gold.

These gold farmers ruin the gaming experience of several players by blocking chat channels with numerous spam messages that promotes gold, blowing up charges, and sometimes not turning over the game gear after they obtain the real world cash. To make unbalanced trades much more difficult to execute, the maker of Runescape modified its mechanics with the hope to suppress the farmers. Moreover, the manufacturer made clear that they are not totally against real-money trade but on how it was being performed in the game.
